How do I access my account?
On the top right of the site you'll see the option to Log In beside the Cart. Once there, you can fill in your information. There's even a "Forgot Password" link in case you need to reset your password and regain access to your account.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been placed you'll receive an email with a tracking number that you can review to check on the status of your product. The tracking information will be updated regularly, so keep an eye on it, and if after 60 days there is no update or parcel received, get in touch with us.
Are backorders available for products that are out of stock?
At this time, Jock Depot does not offer backorders. There are many different styles, colours, and designs available, and our catalogue is updated regularly. If you see something you like, don't hesitate to buy... because usually when it's gone from the store it's gone for good.

How can I pay for an order?
Jock Depot accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Amex debit cards in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. In the United States, we also accept JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit cards.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax (HST) is charged for residents of Ontario in Canada.
Can I cancel an order?
If the request to cancel the order is placed before the order has been dispatched, it can be cancelled. For more details, get in touch.
Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Not at this time.
