Jock Depot is all about providing you with fun, affordable and solid quality underwear. Our support goes beyond the initial order as well - defective items, or wrongly delivered items can be addressed for refund by contacting us within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.


Note that all sales are final. Unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered, we do not provide refunds, store credits nor exchanges due to customer's change of mind once payment has been made.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must fit the following conditions:

  • Be unworn 
  • Be unused 
  • Still in the same brand new condition as you had received it. 

In its original packaging with the tags, labels and protective materials intact.

Please send your return request to us at info@jockdepot.com and we will respond to you with 24 - 48 hours.

Your Return Request Must Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your billing address
  • Your email address
  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Order tracking number
  • Details regarding the defective item / wrongly delivered item 
  • Reason for the return / An indication of the correct ordered item if the wrong item was delivered
  • Clear photos of the original packaging, and the defective item / wrong item

Photos must include all angles of product to ensure the issue can be addressed

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer - the manufacturer does not handle the return process and your return will become void. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, plus any duties and taxes incurred to return your item. Jock Depot reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Any item purchased on sale or with a discount / promotional code
  • Free or giveaway items, including exchanges and replacements
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition and packaging, was worn, used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • All items after the 60-day return period
  • Downloadable software products


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Money processing online takes time. If you have yet to receive the refund, be sure to check your bank account again after a full 24 hour period. Next, contact your credit card company before contacting your banking institute. It is common that refunds may need more processing time before it will be officially posted.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR WITH A DISCOUNT / PROMOTIONAL CODE
All items purchased on sale or with a discount / promotional code are final sale, and are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. The only exception is outlined in our late or undelivered item policy, as part of our 60-day shipping guarantee.

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.

LATE OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS (if applicable)
Jock Depot works hard to make sure your product will be delivered within an estimated shipping period of 2 - 7 weeks. Items that do not arrive after 60 days of shipping may be eligible for a refund. The period of our 60-day shipping guarantee does not include the order fulfillment period.
