Products have two primary stages for the shipping process:

Processing: Order confirmation, quality control and packaging. Orders are sent to us for dispatch within 24 hours after your order is placed. Once we receive the order, it will take between 2 – 7 days for it to be fulfilled.

Shipping time: This is the amount of time for the product to ship from us to you. Products will be shipped to you in a time frame according to where you are located...

USA - 10-25 days
Canada - 12-35 days
International - 15-60 days

We work hard to provide exceptional service, and to ensure your products will reach you successfully. All order confirmation emails come with built in tracking, meaning you will be updated along the way for the arrival of your new underwear or swimsuits. 

No refunds will be given if dissatisfied with the length of total shipping time.

If after the order has been placed and you have not received it after a total of 60 Days, please reach out so we can look into the status of your parcel.
